HAMBORNER REIT AG: Supervisory Board Extends Contract with COO/CIO Sarah Verheyen

The Supervisory Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG has decided to extend the employment contract of Sarah Verheyen, the company's COO/CIO. Initially set to end on 30 September 2025, her contract will now be extended for five years starting from 1 October 2024.

Sarah Verheyen joined the Management Board on 1 October 2022 with responsibilities in operations, transaction business, and transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and sustainability. Her reappointment follows the long-term extension of Niclas Karoff’s contract in March 2023, ensuring management stability and planning security for the company.

Dr Andreas Mattner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praised Verheyen’s achievements and innovative approaches during her tenure, emphasizing the significant progress made in challenging economic conditions. This extension underscores HAMBORNER's commitment to stability and continuity while recognizing the recent positive developments under the joint leadership of Karoff and Verheyen.
