Heritage and Commerce: Combined General Meeting of June 13, 2024 - Conditions for Provision and Consultation of Preparatory Documents

Paris, May 23, 2024, the shareholders of Patrimoine et Commerce are invited to the Combined General Meeting on June 13, 2024 at 3 p.m., at the head office located 45 avenue Georges Mandel, Paris (75016).

The prior notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published on May 6, 2024 in the Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements (BALO, n°55). Participation and voting details are also available in this notice.

The documents required by article R.22-10-23 of the Commercial Code are accessible on the same site and included in the 2023 Universal Registration Document, available since March 15, 2024.

Registered shareholders can request documents to be sent electronically or by post before June 8, 2024. Bearer shareholders must provide a registration certificate to exercise this right, by contacting the “Meetings Department”.
