HEXAOM 2024 Half-Year Results

HEXAOM posts a turnover of €417.0 million in the first half of 2024, down 24.5% compared to €552.0 million in 2023. Current operating income stands at €14.2 million, down 34.3% over one year.

The House Construction activity generates a turnover of €360.4 million with an operating margin of 3.5%. The Renovation activity, despite significant investments, shows a margin of 5.8% on a turnover of €25.9 million.

The Group's net cash position reached €86.5 million, demonstrating a solid financial structure despite difficult market conditions. The Group expects to maintain operating profitability between 3% and 4% for the whole of 2024.

HEXAOM's strategy is adapting with cost-cutting and diversification actions in the Renovation sector to counter a degraded real estate market. In addition, signs of improvement in financing conditions are observed.
