HIAG Showcases Development Sites at Capital Market Day

Basel/Zurich, 24 September 2024 – HIAG Immobilien Holding AG conducted its Capital Market Day with a property tour, offering attendees an in-depth look at three of its development sites. The tour provided insights into HIAG's strategic approach and ongoing projects.

The event started at the "ALTO" construction site in Zurich-Altstetten. This flagship residential tower, noted for its innovative architecture and sustainable design, features 149 flats across 25 floors. Significantly, it will be one of the first buildings in Zurich with a solar panel façade, emphasizing energy efficiency.

Next, attendees visited the burgeoning "CHAMA" neighborhood in Cham. With the second phase of construction underway, the site will ultimately include 279 flats and 4,300 m² of commercial space. The first phase was completed earlier this year, and the entire project is on track for completion by 2026.

The tour concluded at the Dietikon site, highlighting HIAG's asset and property management strategies. Participants saw various properties on Riedstrasse, illustrating the company's focus on long-term value addition within its portfolio.

HIAG reiterated its positive outlook for the 2024 financial year, assuming stable economic conditions in Switzerland, and expects to maintain its current dividend policy.
