HighCo: Transactions on own shares from May 13 to 17, 2024
HighCo announced the completion of transactions in its own shares from May 13 to 17, 2024. In total, 8,000 shares were repurchased on the Euronext Paris market.
Each day, 2,000 shares were acquired. The average purchase price was €3.25 on May 13, €3.26 on May 14, €3.28 on May 15, and €3.25 on May 16.
The share buyback was carried out as part of the coverage of the free allocation of shares to the company's employees and agents. The objective of these buybacks is to support loyalty and motivation programs within HighCo.
