HomeToGo Releases Results of Its Annual General Meeting 2024
HomeToGo SE has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 held in Luxembourg. A total of 65.5% of the voting share capital was represented, a slight increase from the previous year's 64.4%. Shareholders approved all agenda items by a very large majority.
During the AGM, the company's combined management report and the independent auditor's report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, were presented. All members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board were discharged. Additionally, the proposal to renew the mandate of independent auditor Ernst & Young Luxembourg was approved.
Co-founder and CEO Dr. Patrick Andrae highlighted the company's solid performance in 2023, emphasizing operational advancements and profitability improvements. He expressed gratitude to the Supervisory Board, shareholders, and employees for their continued trust and support.
