HomeToGo's Strong Nine-Month Financial Performance in 2024
HomeToGo SE announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2024, highlighted by a 30% year-over-year growth in Booking Revenues, amounting to €209.8 million. The company's Adjusted EBITDA more than tripled to €16.8 million, reflecting a 258.7% increase. Free Cash Flow improved by 50.2% year-over-year, mainly due to better operating activity cash flows.
The Marketplace segment drove much of this success, with its Booking Revenues rising 29.4% year-over-year to €157.1 million due to strong performance in the Booking (Onsite) business. Meanwhile, the HomeToGo_PRO segment saw a 33.6% increase in Booking Revenues, reaching €60.3 million.
Despite achieving new records, HomeToGo slightly lowered its full-year IFRS Revenue guidance due to North American market challenges. This cautious adjustment doesn't overshadow the ongoing profitability and expansion efforts, positioning the company well for future growth.
