Hot Rocks Investments Announces Significant Asset Disposals
Hot Rocks Investments plc has announced receiving £235,125 through a tender offer at 5.39p per share for approximately 94% of its holdings in Phoenix Digital Assets plc.
The company also disclosed the sale of its 250,000 shares in Impact Oil & Gas Limited at 56.9p per share, amounting to £142,250. This sale represents a 5.6x return on the initial investment and is expected to complete by 30 September 2024, subject to Impact's farmout completion.
Following the disposals, Hot Rocks Investments retains equity and warrant positions in multiple entities, including D3 Energy, Electrum Discovery Corp, and Phoenix Digital Assets plc, among others.
The directors are actively exploring new investment opportunities across various sectors such as African copper and gold explorers, onshore oil explorers, and digital payment entities.
