Hot Rocks Investments plc (HRIP) announced the completion of the sale of its shares in Impact Oil & Gas Limited to Africa Oil Corp. The transaction, finalized on August 27, 2024, involved the sale of 250,000 shares at 56.9p per share, generating £142,250. This represents a 5.6X return on the original investment.
This follows an earlier receipt of £235,125 in June from a tender offer related to Phoenix Digital Assets plc. The current portfolio includes interests in entities such as D3 Energy, Elephant Oil Corp, and Supernova Digital Assets plc.
