I.CERAM: Final 2023 accounts and publication of the Universal Registration Document

The I.CERAM board of directors, headed by André Kérisit, validated the final accounts for the 2023 financial year and the Universal Registration Document on August 2, 2024. The company, in receivership since April 24, is experiencing an observation period of six months.

The 2023 accounts reveal a drop in turnover of 29.5% to €992,000, and a gross margin of €514,000, a decrease of 62.4%. The net result is a loss of €1,104,000. Investments in R&D amount to €948,000.

I.CERAM filed its 2023 Universal Registration Document with the AMF on August 5, 2024. This document is available on the company's website and that of the AMF.

President Kérisit attributes the financial results to the new MDR regulatory environment and hopes for a quick decision from CEPS regarding the reimbursement of its products.
