IDI announces interim dividend of €2.5 per share for 2024

The listed IDI Group, specializing in private equity, has announced the payment of an interim dividend of €2.5 per share for the 2024 financial year. This decision was taken by the Manager on November 25, 2024.

For 2023, IDI had distributed an ordinary dividend of 2.75 euros, in line with its distribution policy targeting approximately 3% of Net Asset Value (NAV). Thanks to the stability of the NAV for the first three quarters of 2024 and the strength of its portfolio, IDI can propose this interim dividend corresponding to 90% of the 2023 dividend.

The detachment of this interim payment will take place on November 29, 2024, and payment is scheduled for December 3, 2024. This commitment reinforces IDI's strategy aimed at offering an attractive long-term return to its shareholders.
