On October 22, 2024, IDI announced a minority stake in TTK, a specialist in liquid leak detection systems for critical environments. This partnership is part of a primary LBO, in support of the founders and the management team.

Founded in 1989, TTK specialises in the design and manufacture of patented technologies for detecting leaks in environments such as data centres. With a strong international presence, the company generates 85% of its turnover from exports. It has subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, the US and Asia.
