IDI sells its majority stake in the CDS Group

IDI announces the sale of its stake in the CDS Group, in collaboration with Andera Partners and led by Ziad Minkara. IDI, initially the main shareholder, now retains a minority stake.

Since 2020, IDI has supported the development of CDS, a European leader in hotel reservations for business travel. Thanks to Andera Partners, the CDS Group is strengthening its position on the European market, with around 450 employees and a presence in six countries.

The sale allows IDI to achieve a significant return on investment, with a net multiple of 6.5x and a net IRR of 46%. The CDS Group, now renamed S4BT, continues its expansion with international ambitions under the leadership of Ziad Minkara.
