Ikonisys Completes €250k Capital Increase Via Private Placement
Paris, July 18, 2024 – Ikonisys SA (Euronext Growth Paris: ALIKO), a specialist in cancer detection through automated solutions for medical laboratories, has finalized a €250,000 capital increase via a private placement with the investment company CC Holding Srl. This move aims to bolster the company's financial resources and support commercial expansion.
CC Holding Srl, owned by Claudio Costamagna, an Italian banker and former Chairman of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, participated in this investment. The funds will enhance Ikonisys' working capital, expand its financial visibility, and diversify its shareholder base.
CEO Mario Crovetto highlighted the significance of this investment in supporting Ikonisys' growth ambitions in the US and Europe, leveraging its recent acquisition of Hospitex.
