Imerys Reports Share Capital and Voting Rights as of March 2024

As of 31 March 2024, Imerys disclosed its number of outstanding shares and voting rights. The total number of outstanding shares stood at 84,940,955. In terms of voting rights, the total theoretical number which includes shares without voting rights reached 136,176,709, while the total number of net voting rights was slightly lower at 135,667,544.

This information meets the compliance requirements under article L. 233-8-II of the French Code de Commerce, as well as articles 221-1 et seq. and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
