IMMOFINANZ Sells Office Properties in Vienna, Optimizing Portfolio

IMMOFINANZ has completed the sale of two office properties in Vienna's 20th district to a local real estate investor, marking a significant move in its portfolio optimization strategy. This sale is part of the company's broader efforts to enhance its portfolio's value amidst a challenging market environment.

Radka Doehring, a member of IMMOFINANZ's Executive Board, highlighted the importance of these transactions. They underscore the company's ability to generate value from its high-quality assets and skilled team, even in difficult market conditions. According to Doehring, the proceeds will be reinvested into acquiring higher-yielding properties in its core markets, aligning with IMMOFINANZ's strategic focus.

The two office complexes sold are situated on Dresdnerstraße within Vienna’s northern business district, offering around 13,000 square meters of modern, flexible office space. These properties, which are fully leased, were sold above their carrying amount, further demonstrating the strength of IMMOFINANZ's portfolio and strategic approach.
