Implenia AG successfully places CHF 175 million bond issue
Implenia announced the successful placement of a bond worth CHF 175 million, raised with a fixed interest rate of 3.00% and a maturity of four years. This loan is intended to meet general business needs, including the potential refinancing of existing debts. The company is particularly aiming to repay a loan of CHF 125 million maturing in October 2024.
The transaction strengthens both the company's maturity profile and its financing structure. The bond will be listed and admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange from May 17, 2024. Implenia collaborated with Commerzbank, Raiffeisen Switzerland, UBS AG, and Zurich Cantonal Bank as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners for this issue. .
