Inauguration of EvasYon: an innovative urban program in Lyon

The Eiffel Tower Company and VINCI Immobilier have inaugurated EvasYon, an urban redevelopment project in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. Located near Part-Dieu, this 12,500 m² development aims to transform the city into a landscaped and diverse living space.

EvasYon consists of 5,000 m² of office space, a 5,500 m² Bikube co-living residence, and a student residence with 86 apartments. Benefiting from optimal accessibility, this project includes green spaces, terraces, and a planted core.

The project is being carried out on a renatured site, with sustainability certifications. It demonstrates both companies' commitment to an inclusive and sustainable city. EvasYon reflects the goal of redefining urban spaces by integrating diverse uses and audiences.
