Increase in Statutory Auditors' Fees at STRADIM in 2023
In the consolidated accounts of the STRADIM group as of December 31, 2023, the auditors' fees increased slightly compared to the previous year. According to note 5.2.3, KPMG Audit received, for the certification of the annual and consolidated accounts of Stradim Espace Finances SA, an amount of €48k in 2023 compared to €47k in 2022, reflecting consistency in terms of total percentage.
Jointly, HANS & ASSOCIES AUDIT received €66k in 2023 for the same position at Stradim Espace Finances SA, compared to €64k in 2022, with a reduction in the percentage compared to globally integrated subsidiaries from 76% to 70%. Totaling for the audit, this firm received €87k in 2023, a decrease compared to €91k in 2022.
No other services such as legal, tax or social services have been documented, the amounts remaining at zero in both 2023 and 2022 for the two police station firms. This situation marks a stabilization in services limited strictly to external audit.
