Increased experience for Rush Rare Metals with the addition of new claims to the Copper Mountain project
Rush Rare Metals Corp. announced the acquisition of 52 mining claims named Knob, located in Wyoming, covering approximately 780 acres. These claims are in addition to the company's Copper Mountain Project, under an option/earn-in agreement with Myriad Uranium Corp. Myriad can acquire up to 75% interest in the project by committing $5.5m in exploration.
The company sees a unique opportunity in this historical data. Exploration gets a head start with previous data revealing significant uranium potential in the Knob area. Peter Smith, CEO of Rush, believes that this partnership with Myriad, supported by this information, could enable the development of a uranium district at Copper Mountain.
