INDUS Group Completes Third Acquisition of 2025
INDUS Holding AG has announced its third acquisition of the year, with HAUFF-TECHNIK, a portfolio company, acquiring Swedish firm ELECTRO TRADING ET AB. This move marks INDUS's first acquisition in Scandinavia, aiding in its international expansion goals. ELECTRO TRADING, a distributor of power grid and renewable energy products, reported annual sales of around EUR 5 million.
Dr. Michael Seibold of HAUFF-TECHNIK stated that this acquisition enhances their strategic expansion. Prior acquisitions this year included KETTLER and HBS, strengthening their presence in the infrastructure sector. Former owner Ulla Wihlborg emphasized the growth prospects for ELECTRO TRADING under INDUS management, with Patrik Wihlborg continuing as managing director.
Dr. Jörn Großmann of INDUS highlighted the company's commitment to fostering growth through strategic acquisitions domestically and internationally. INDUS aims to further expand by incorporating companies that complement their existing portfolio.
