Information on Nexans Shares and Voting Rights in September 2024

Nexans SA, listed on Euronext Paris, has published its monthly report on the number of shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2024. The capital consists of 43,753,380 shares, corresponding to an identical total number of theoretical voting rights. The exercisable voting rights amount to 43,747,572, taking into account treasury shares.

The company applies Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and the AMF regulations. Nexans requires shareholders holding at least 2% of the capital or voting rights to declare this within 15 days, in accordance with Article 7 of its articles of association. This obligation is renewed each time multiple thresholds of 2% are crossed.
