Information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares at VusionGroup
VusionGroup, in accordance with article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, has revealed the number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of May 31, 2024.
As of May 31, 2024, VusionGroup has a total of 15,958,658 shares making up its share capital. Of these, 51,939 shares are treasury shares, therefore deprived of voting rights. The number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 15,958,658, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 15,906,719.
