Interim Chairman and CEO Appointed at Aéroports de Paris
On May 21, 2024, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Augustin de Romanet de Beaune as interim Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris. This appointment follows article 21 of the August 20, 2014, order regarding governance and capital operations of state-owned companies.
Mr. de Romanet de Beaune will fulfill these duties until a new Chairman and CEO are appointed. This future appointment will be made by the President of the French Republic, following a proposal by the company's Board of Directors and consultations with the French National Assembly and Senate.
