Interparfums announces the holding of its General Meeting on April 16, 2024
InterparfumsSA has scheduled its Combined General Meeting for Tuesday April 16, 2024 at 2 p.m., which will take place at the Pavillon d'Armenonville in Paris. The advance announcement of this meeting, including the agenda, draft resolutions and participation information, has been published and is available on the company website.
The preparatory documents for the Meeting are accessible to shareholders in accordance with the regulations. In addition, the session will be broadcast live on the company's official website, allowing expanded access to interested parties.
Interparfums also announced the filing of its 2023 Universal Registration Document with the Financial Markets Authority, a document now available online. At the same time, the company communicated the publication dates of its financial results for the first two semesters of 2024.
