InTiCa Systems SE: Annual General Meeting 2024 – All items on the agenda approved by a large majority

Passau, July 25, 2024 – InTiCa Systems SE (ISIN DE0005874846, Ticker IS7) held its Annual General Meeting virtually, where shareholders approved all agenda items by a large majority. No vote was held for the election of the auditor. The Supervisory Board is engaging with several auditors and will apply for a statutory auditor appointment by the Passau District Court. For the 2025 financial year, the auditor will be elected by the Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors presented the past year’s financials, highlighting strategic enhancements, including production process optimization and portfolio expansion. They noted significant orders for medical and sound engineering applications.

As of mid-2024, orders totaled EUR 82.3 million, down from EUR 111.9 million the previous year, due to shorter notice periods for customer orders. Yet, demand in new product areas remains strong. The half-year report will be released on August 8, 2024.
