InTiCa Systems SE Withdraws Item 5 from Annual General Meeting Agenda
Passau, July 10, 2024 – InTiCa Systems SE announced the withdrawal of Item 5 from the agenda of its Annual General Meeting, scheduled for July 24, 2024. The item concerned the election of the auditor for the financial year 2024.
Rödl & Partner GmbH, originally proposed as the auditor, notified the company of its unavailability for the 2024 financial year. The reason for this unavailability was not disclosed.
No selection procedure, as required by EU regulations, had been conducted in advance, preventing the appointment of an alternative candidate in the short term. Consequently, InTiCa Systems SE will apply to the District Court in Passau for the court appointment of a statutory auditor.
All other items on the agenda remain unchanged, including the resolution approving the remuneration report for the 2023 financial year.
