Investigation by the Competition Authority at EPC Groupe
EPC Groupe (Euronext – EXPL) was the scene of an unexpected visit and seizure carried out by the services of the French Competition Authority.
This operation is part of an investigation into the manufacture and distribution of explosives for civil use, as well as drilling and mining for quarries and public works in France. According to the general rapporteur, several companies are concerned, without this prejudging their guilt.
The Company has expressed its willingness to cooperate fully with the authorities. If necessary, it will defend its rights in due time.
