ISPD: A contrasting first half of 2024

ISPD, a cognitive marketing group, reported consolidated revenue up 19%, reaching €69.5 million for the first half of 2024. However, pro forma net revenue showed a decline of 5%, influenced in particular by the end of a major contract in the United States.

Non-recurring expenses related to the launch of seven new AI-based products impacted results, resulting in a consolidated net loss of €4.0 million, compared to a loss of €0.6 million the previous year.

Gross margin decreased by 9% to €21.5 million, due to lower revenues and a change in the product mix. However, a positive outlook is envisaged for the second half of 2024, with an expected rebound in growth and a significant reduction in expenses.
