Issue of the “SPF Immobilier Suisse” investment group in May 2024
Olten, April 18, 2024 - Swiss Prime Anlagestiftung announces the upcoming issue of the “SPF Immobilier Suisse” investment group aimed at raising CHF 75 million. Subscription is scheduled from May 17 to June 14, 2024. This fund, since its creation in 2015, has accumulated a total fortune of CHF 3.9 billion as of December 31, 2023, despite a return of 1.49% in 2023 attributable to moderate valuation corrections, while maintaining a robust cash flow of 3.26%.
The funds will be used to acquire other real estate and finance high-yield development projects, in addition to reducing the debt ratio. The investment strategy focuses on acquiring and maintaining premium real estate in Switzerland, aiming for attractive risk-adjusted performance. The foundation maintains a maximum debt ratio of 33%, thus limiting exposure to risk.
