IVU Traffic Technologies AG Announces Share Buyback Program
IVU Traffic Technologies AG has initiated a share buyback program. This decision follows the authorization granted during the Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2024. The program allows the company to repurchase shares up to 28 May 2029 under section 71(1) no. 8 of the AktG.
From 14 June 2024 to 31 October 2024, IVU Traffic Technologies AG plans to repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 0.56% of the share capital. The maximum value of the buyback is set at €1,600,000, excluding incidental acquisition costs. The repurchase will take place via the XETRA trading system and will be handled by an independent credit institution.
The execution of the buyback will adhere to the safe harbour provisions of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. IVU Traffic Technologies AG will periodically update on the progress of the repurchase program on its website.
