Jacobs Holding to Acquire ILERNA

Jacobs Holding has announced the acquisition of ILERNA, Spain's primary provider of official vocational education. ILERNA, founded in Lleida, Catalonia, in 2014, offers online and onsite courses to over 46,000 students. This acquisition supports Jacobs Holding's strategy to invest in leading European education entities.

ILERNA, previously owned by Skill & You, a portfolio company of IK Partners, will benefit from Jacobs Holding's expertise to expand its curriculum and extend its physical presence. Tim Franks and Justin Lewis-Oakes of Jacobs Holding highlighted the growth potential in Spain's vocational education market, emphasizing ILERNA's leadership.
