JACQUES BOGART: New Update of Voting Rights
The Jacques Bogart Group has published its monthly information relating to voting rights, in accordance with article L233-8-II of the commercial code and article 222-12-5 of the AMF general regulations.
As of April 30, 2024, JBOG had 15,675,021 shares making up the capital, with a total of 29,525,031 theoretical voting rights and 28,505,518 exercisable voting rights. One month later, as of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares remained the same, while the theoretical voting rights amounted to 29,501,847 and the exercisable voting rights to 28,474,084.
