Jacquet Metals SA announces treasury share transactions
Jacquet Metals SA has communicated the details of its share buyback program adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2023. The company carried out several transactions on its own shares during the period from June 12 to 18, 2024.
During this period, Jacquet Metals acquired a total of 15,182 ordinary shares, for a total amount of 244,318.49 euros. The weighted average unit price of transactions stands at 16.0926 euros per share. Each transaction sought the cancellation of these actions. The transactions were carried out on the Euronext market.
These operations are part of a securities repurchase program intended to reduce the company's capital. Full details of the program are available on the Financial Markets Authority website.
