Jordan Veretout to join OL until 2026

Olympique Lyonnais announces the arrival of Jordan Veretout as a wild card until June 30, 2026. The transfer of the French international midfielder amounts to €4 million, with bonuses of up to €3 million and a future capital gain of 25% in the event of a transfer.

Jordan Veretout, born in 1993 in Ancenis, trained in Nantes. He has a rich career that began in 2011, totaling more than 500 matches, 66 goals and 63 assists. After Nantes, he joined Aston Villa in 2015 then Fiorentina. In 2019, he established himself at AS Roma with 131 matches and won the Conference League in 2022. He continued his career at Olympique de Marseille with 94 matches in 2 seasons.

Olympique Lyonnais welcomes the contribution of Veretout, whose experience will be valuable for the European deadlines, in particular the reception of Olympiacos at the end of September.
