Jörg Peters Appointed as Head of Investor Relations at Amadeus Fire Group

Amadeus Fire Group has announced the appointment of Jörg Peters as the new Head of Investor Relations, effective October 2024. Peters brings extensive experience, having most recently served as Head of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations at Encavis AG. His new role will involve enhancing Amadeus Fire's equity story and sustainability positioning in the capital market.

With over 30 years of experience, Peters has managed IPOs, capital increases, dual listings, and international share and bond issues. His previous roles include leading IR departments at prominent companies such as BMW Group, mg technologies, GfK, and Hapag-Lloyd. Additionally, he has consulted for numerous small- and mid-cap companies.

Beyond his professional duties, Peters has been significantly involved in the Deutsche Investor Relations Group (DIRK) for the last 30 years, serving as Chairman and Board Member. He has lectured at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2005, educating future Certified Investor Relations Officers (CIRO).
