Julius Baer Appoints Stefan Bollinger as Chief Executive Officer

Julius Baer Group Ltd. has named Stefan Bollinger as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective by February 1, 2025. Bollinger, currently a partner at Goldman Sachs, brings three decades of experience in financial markets to his new role.

Bollinger is presently Co-Head of Private Wealth Management for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Goldman Sachs. His leadership saw the division more than double its assets under management in five years.

Bollinger's career spans roles in trading, sales, treasury, and wealth management across major financial hubs globally. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2004, he worked at J.P. Morgan and started his career at Zürcher Kantonalbank.
