Julius Meinl Living Extends Bond Exchange Offer
Julius Meinl Living has announced an extension of its exchange offer for existing bonds, as outlined in the Exchange Offer Memorandum issued on 23 May 2024. The new expiration deadline is set for 2 July 2024. This extension allows bondholders additional time to participate in the exchange offer of EUR 30 million of 2019/2024 bonds for new notes under its EUR 300 million EMTN program.
The company is coordinating this initiative through SFI Markets, who are also responsible for arranging investor meetings concerning the new bond issue. Key dates include the pricing of new notes expected around 4 July 2024, with the settlement date anticipated on 11 July 2024.
