Kalray publishes total number of voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2024
Grenoble, France – On June 5, 2024, Kalray, pioneer of intelligent processors, announced the publication of the total number of voting rights and shares making up its capital.
As of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares of the company amounts to 8,703,463. The number of theoretical or gross voting rights is also 8,703,463, compared to a total of real or net voting rights of 8 692,628.
The treasury shares held by Kalray on this same date numbered 10,835. The company specifies that no threshold declaration clause additional to the legal thresholds is present in its statutes.
