Kalray statement on the number of voting rights and shares
The company Kalray, listed on the Euronext Growth segment in Paris, has published details of its voting rights and the number of shares in its capital as of April 30, 2024. The data revealed indicates that the total number of shares is rises to 8,592,128. Likewise, the theoretical and actual voting rights are respectively 8,592,128 and 8,584,927. Kalray specifies that these actual voting rights take into account the 7,201 treasury shares. The company also confirmed that no clause in the statutes imposes a reporting obligation beyond the legal thresholds.
