KAP AG Concludes Sale of Precision Components Segment

KAP AG has successfully completed the sale of its precision components segment. The transaction, executed as a management buy-out by Christoph Bachmann and Udo Gaumann, encompasses operating companies such as Präzisionsteile Dresden GmbH & Co. KG, Gear Motion GmbH, and more. Proceeds from the sale fall within the single-digit million euro range. The buyer will also take on pension and financial obligations.

The move aligns with KAP AG's strategy to refine its portfolio and further concentrate on its three remaining segments. Marten Julius, a management board member, expressed satisfaction with the transaction, emphasizing its contribution to KAP's strategic focus and value growth potential. Temporary service agreements will ease the transition for the divested segments.
