Karlsberg Brauerei Releases Half-Year Financials for 2024

Karlsberg Brauerei GmbH has published its financial figures for the first half of 2024. Gross revenue declined by EUR 1.4 million, a 1.8% decrease, totalling EUR 76.9 million. Despite high costs for raw materials and energy, adjusted EBITDA was EUR 9.2 million, slightly lower than last year's EUR 10.3 million.

Domestic beverage gross revenue fell by EUR 0.8 million, amounting to EUR 62.4 million, while international revenue remained stable at EUR 11.4 million. The Karlsberg brand saw a minor revenue increase of 1.1%, with draft beer revenue climbing by 4.8%. However, the MiXery brand experienced a 2.5% decline.

The company confirmed its revenue and earnings forecast for 2024, anticipating slight revenue growth. Investments in bottling and laboratory technology were made to enhance sustainability by reducing water consumption and CO2 emissions.
