KATEK SE Announces Delisting from Frankfurt Stock Exchange Effective May 17, 2024
MUNICH, May 15, 2024 – KATEK SE, a Munich-based electronics company, has announced its shares will be delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange after May 17, 2024. The company's request for delisting was approved, ceasing trading of its shares under ISIN DE000A2TSQH7 in Frankfurt's regulated market and its sub-segment, the Prime Standard.
Post-delisting, KATEK SE will no longer adhere to the trading and additional post-admission obligations associated with these market segments. This follows a notification from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange confirming the delisting schedule.
