Kaufman & Broad SA Announces Voting Results from May 2024 Shareholders' Meeting

The assembly successfully passed all resolutions on the agenda. Highlights include the approval of annual and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2023, with nearly 100% votes in favor. Other key decisions included the approval of the compensation policies for the Chair and Chief Executive Officer as well as other directors, although these saw slightly more variation in support, ranging from approximately 97% to nearly 99% affirmative votes.
