Kering announces the terms of its 2024 Combined General Meeting
Kering invites its shareholders to the Combined General Meeting scheduled for April 25, 2024. This meeting will be held at 3 p.m. at the head office in Paris, with an option to participate online via the company website. The summons and important documents are available on the Kering website and have also been published in legal notices.
Shareholders can ask questions in writing until April 19, 2024, by sending them by email accompanied by a registration certificate. All documents necessary for the Meeting, including the voting form, are available online in the dedicated section of the Kering website.
