Kingstone Announces Date for 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Kingstone Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq:KINS) has announced that its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The meeting will be held at the company’s headquarters located at 15 Joys Lane, Kingston, New York 12401, beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET.
Shareholders of record as of June 14, 2024, will be eligible to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. Kingstone plans to mail the notices to stockholders by June 27, 2024.
Kingstone Companies, Inc. is a property and casualty insurance holding company with operations primarily in the Northeast. Its main subsidiary, Kingstone Insurance Company, ranks as the 15th largest writer of homeowners insurance in New York as of 2023 and is licensed in multiple states, including New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
