KLM Implements Strategic Measures to Boost Performance
KLM, a subsidiary of Air France-KLM, has unveiled a series of strategic measures aimed at enhancing its operational and financial performance. This announcement comes in response to rising costs and aims to secure the group's ability to achieve its medium-term profitability targets.
The measures outlined by KLM focus on increasing productivity, implementing cost-cutting initiatives, and simplifying the organizational structure. Additionally, all non-essential investments will be postponed, and the airline will seek new revenue streams and synergies to bolster its financial standing.
KLM projects a 450 million euro improvement in its operating result in the short term as a result of these initiatives.
