Kommunalkredit Austria AG Announces Change of Ownership Control
Kommunalkredit Austria AG disclosed a significant change in ownership. The two indirectly controlling shareholders, Interritus Limited and Trinity Investments Designated Activity Company, have sold their entire stake in Satere Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH, the holding company of Kommunalkredit Austria AG, to Green Opera Finance BidCo AB. The buyer is based in Sweden and owned by funds managed by Altor, a Swedish financial investor.
The current owners of Satere Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH will each indirectly hold a 9.9% interest in Green Opera Finance BidCo AB. The ownership control procedure for Green Opera Finance BidCo AB has been completed successfully by the FMA and ECB. The transaction is expected to close by mid-July 2024, pending further closing actions.
