Lagardère SA Announces Share Buyback Activity from July 8th to July 12th, 2024
On July 15th, 2024, Lagardère SA disclosed its recent trading activity in own shares. In accordance with applicable regulations, the company executed a series of transactions between July 8th and July 12th, 2024.
The transactions were made under a mandate with an investment services provider, as previously announced on April 26, 2024. Over the period, a total of 16,631 shares were bought back at a weighted average price of €21.8127 per share.
Among the notable transactions, 3,719 shares were bought on July 8th at a price of €21.5837 per share on the XPAR market. Additionally, on July 11th, 3,440 shares were acquired at €22.1591 per share, also on the XPAR market.
