In accordance with article L.233-8 II of the commercial code as well as article 222-12-5 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, LANSON-BCC has made public the latest figures concerning its capital and its voting rights as of March 31, 2024.
The total number of shares making up the company's capital stands at 6,754,415. Of this total, 6,637,861 shares confer on their holders simple voting rights. The company also specified that 116,554 of these shares are currently maintained in treasury, which directly affects the distribution of voting rights.
